2024-2025 Housing Quick Reference Guide
Aubin Hall
Aubin Hall is a coeducational residence hall of approximately 200 first years, sophomores, and juniors. Most rooms are doubles with a limited number of singles.

Alumni Hall
Alumni Hall is a coeducational residence hall of approximately 200 first year students. Most rooms are doubles with a limited number of singles.

Lyons Hall
Lyons Hall will consist of a mix of students living in double rooms with roommates as well as double rooms as singles on the lower floors.

Cashman, Canterbury, and Pontigny Halls
Each of these residence halls provide suite-style living for 124 first year, sophomore, junior, and senior students. GREAT housing, Honors housing, GEAR housing and LGBTQIA+ housing all exist in Canterbury Hall. Each suite consists of a common space which also includes a refrigerator and microwave, 4 or 8 single bedrooms, and 1 (4 person suite) or 2 (8 person suite) bathrooms. Students living in the suites in these buildings have access to a community kitchen located on each floor. These living areas offer a wide variety of common areas used for studying, programs and other student uses.

The 200s, 300s and 400s Townhouses
The Apartments and Townhouses located in the 200s, 300s and 400s are home to mostly seniors and some juniors. The apartments within the 200s and 300s consist of a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and 4 single bedrooms. Additionally, there are several 6 person townhouses in the 200s and 300s which consist of a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 4 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. Apartments located in the 400s have a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and 5 single bedrooms.

Cronogue Hall
Our newest housing location is an apartment-style residence hall located north of Canterbury Hall. Cronogue Hall opened in Fall 2016 and makes use of the latest developments in “green” buildings. Cronogue Hall is comprised of juniors and seniors living in 4-person apartments with 4 single bedrooms, a kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a living room.
